How to make a blackcurrant juice?

Ingredients:

Blackcurrant – 2cup
Water – 2cup
Sugar – 1/2cup
Lime juice – 1/2tspn
Ice cubes – as required

Preparation:

The blackcurrant juice preparation starts with picking a perfect pulpy black currant fruits. When choosing blackcurrants, look for pulpy, fresh with a deep dark colored black currant fruits. Avoid blackcurrants that are shrunk, dried, discolored. These gives less taste to the juice than the good fruits. Always using fresh fruit will give the richness in taste for the juice. Once blackcurrants are taken add these in a large bowl, add water till these are getting soaked. After the bowl is filled with water, start washing blackcurrants within the bowl using hands. Wash it gently for a minute.

These blackcurrants are now releasing a mild dull brown color in water. This indicates that these blackcurrants are getting cleaned in water. Once this is done, strain these fruits using water strainer. After strained these blackcurrants are now suitable to make the juice. Take about 2 cup of these blackcurrants and put it in a blender, add 2 cup of water also. For blackcurrant fruit the whole fruits can be used for making juice. Since the blackcurrant are naturally mild sour it is required to add 1/2 cup of sugar to get a good sweetness for juice.

Now blend these all gently for 1 1/2 minute. Keep a bowl and place a strainer on top of it. Once this blended  is done, pour this blended juice directly into the strainer, strain it completely for 2 minute. Now the blackcurrant juice is almost ready. Take a serving glass, add required amount of ice needed and pour the blackcurrant juice. Garnish using blackcurrant sliced or mint leaves as per your choice. The tasty black currant juice is now ready to drink and enjoy for its unique flavor.
