Ingredients:

Blueberry – 2cup
Water – 2cup
Sugar – 1/4cup
Lime juice – 1/2tspn
Ice cubes – as required

Preparation:

The blueberry juice preparation begins with selecting high-quality blueberries. While choosing blueberries, look for firm, pulpy berries with a deep blue color. Avoid berries that are dried, shrunk, discolored. These are not a good choice for making the juice. Always use good blueberries those will give the richness in taste for the juice. Once blueberries are picked, add these in a large bowl, add water till these are getting soaked. Once the bowl is filled with water, start washing these blueberries within the bowl using hands. Wash it gently for a minute.

These blueberries are now releasing a mild dull grey color in water. This indicates that these berries are getting fully cleaned in water. Once this is done, strain the berries using water strainer. After strained the berries are now suitable to make the juice. For blueberries, the whole fruit can be used for making the juice. Take about 2 cup of these blueberries and put it in a blender, add 2 cup of water also. Since blueberries are naturally little sour, it is required to add 1/4 cup of sugar to get a sweetness for juice. Now blend these all gently for 1 1/2 minute.

Keep a bowl and place a strainer on top of it. Pour this blended juice directly into the strainer, strain it completely for 2 minute. Now the blueberry juice is almost ready. Take a serving glass, add required amount of ice needed and pour the prepared blueberry juice. The tasty blueberry juice is ready to drink with or without your favorite food.

To get more dense taste for the blueberry juice use frozen berries with honey and crushed ice.
